Accepting Orders

Mining Companies & Other Public Companies

We accept purchase orders from all Australian Listed Public Companies. We are in the procurement systems of most of the major multi-national mining companies under the name Wet Earth.

Other Companies

If you are a new customer to Wet Earth and are not a Public Company (list on the Australian Stock Exchange) then you will be required to complete an Account Application Form. We usually review Account Applications within 5 business days.

In most cases we will require payment before dispatch for the first purchase from a Private Company.

Ordering

If you wish to make a purchase then please send an email to sales@wetearth.com.au with the details of what you want to order and we will provide you with pricing and availability. If you would like us to quote freight please provide your delivery address.

Please ensure that Purchase Orders include both delivery instructions and invoicing instructions.

Delivery

We use Star Track, Border Express or TNT for delivery. If you would like to use a different transport company then please provide details on the Purchase Order.

Payment

Wet Earth requires payments to be made via EFT. For smaller purchases (<$3,000) we will allow payment by credit card.
