Payment

Wet Earth only accepts payment for international orders by the following methods:

• Direct deposit of funds;
• SWIFT payments;
• PayPal;
• Western Union Money Orders; or
• Letter of Credit from a reputable bank.

Once we have provided you with a quote and you have indicate your acceptance of the quote, we will give you our payment details. Note that we will not dispatch the goods until the funds/documentation have been received.

Prices are generally quoted in Australian dollars and payments need to be made in Australian dollars. To get an indication of prices in your currency we suggest the following site:
http://www.xe.com/ucc/. We are willing to quote prices in other currencies on request.

Freight and Delivery

All freight is covered by our international transit insurance. Within 24hrs of dispatching your order we will provide you with a consignmenment note number and details of how you can track your freight. We will also provide you with your receipt via email when we dispatch your goods and also in hard copy form in the package.

Small Packages (eg. <100kg)

Wet Earth uses international air freight couriers for the delivery of smaller international orders. This enable both parties to track the items in transit and provides a signed proof of delivery receipt to ensure you have received your goods.

Wet Earth is willing to transport goods using a different method if requested by the customer, but we will not take any responsibility for the goods once they have been dispatched, our international freight insurance will not apply and we may charge a handling fee on top of the actual freight cost.

Larger Packages (eg. >100kg)

Wet Earth can work with customers ordering large packages to select a cost efficient method of transport taking into account your location and timing requirements.
